Anita is an Associate (Licensed Conveyancer) and housing disposals team manager in the Real Estate team, based in Liverpool.
Anita has over 35 years experience in residential development and social housing disposals.
She acts on behalf of various leading residential developments on sites varying in size dealing with all aspects of plot sales from co-ordinating site set ups, reservation of plots through to exchange and completion. Anita also deals with part exchange acquisitions and onward sales.
She also has extensive experience acting for registered providers in disposal of social housing properties including resales, right to acquire, grant of leases and staircasing
Anita understands the pressure of client targets and is used to working and managing her team to achieve these deadlines.
Experience and Notable cases:
Anita has acted on the regeneration of Liverpool Waterfront and numerous developments in the North West area for PLC developers and small developers.
