Caitlin Batty

Caitlin Batty is a Chartered Legal Executive in Weightmans Commercial and Corporate team based in Leeds.

Caitlin advises across a broad range of corporate, commercial and public sector matters. She acts for a diverse client base, including doctors, pharmacists, owner-managed businesses, local authorities, universities and franchisees. 

Her recent work includes advising doctors on partnership disputes and preparing partnership deeds, deeds of adherence and deeds of retirement. Caitlin also acts for a leading UK pharmacy chain on pharmacy disposals, providing support across the entire transaction process. 

Caitlin has a wide variety of experience of advising on commercial contracts and public sector matters and also advises franchisees, conducting reviews and assisting on the drafting of franchise agreements. 

In addition to Caitlin’s client work, she is actively involved in the firm’s strategic growth, supporting business planning and international expansion initiatives as part of the firms’ ambition to become a top 30 law firm.
