Qualified in Scotland and England & Wales, Claire has over 20 years' experience in acting for companies and organisations ranging from PLCs to owner managed businesses, small and medium sized enterprises and private equity houses on general M&A and investment matters.

Claire has a particular expertise and interest in health-related work and regularly acts for dental corporates, individual dentists, pharmacy operators, care home operators and audiology clients on M&A work, employee ownership trusts and generally helping them to navigate the cross border differences.  Claire heads our Dental and Pharmacy teams across the Firm.

Having previously been an international athlete, Claire also has a keen interest in sports law and is part of the Firm’s team that advises sports clients.
