Damian acts on behalf of medical malpractice insurers, medical defence organisations, public bodies (including NHS Trusts and NHS Resolution), individual clinicians and corporate organisations in defending claims. In addition to defending claims, he also advises organisations more broadly on clinical risk and dispute avoidance. He is ranked in Chambers and Partners (UK wide) and the Legal 500 as a “next generation” partner.
