Emma Eccles is a Partner in the large loss team in Manchester and has over 20 years of experience of handling catastrophic injury and large loss claims for major insurers.

Emma has over 20 years experience of defending catastrophic injury and large loss EL, PL and RTA claims of the utmost severity for major insurers. She specialises in child and adult brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations, multiple orthopaedic injuries, chronic pain and fatal claims. Emma is a Partner in the Brain Injury Technical Unit and has a particular interest in subtle brain injury claims. Emma also has considerable experience in defending claims involving fundamental dishonesty. Emma enjoys mentoring and training  junior staff and is passionate about improving diversity and inclusion in the legal profession.
