Gareth is an Associate in our Construction and Engineering team, based in Liverpool.
Gareth specialises in both contentious and non contentious construction matters bringing with him experience as a project manager and engineer in the construction industry for over 15 years before making his career change into law and qualifying as a solicitor in 2021.
He advises on the drafting and negotiation of standard and bespoke forms of construction and engineering contracts (including JCT and NEC), professional appointments, novation agreements, warranties, bonds and guarantees and other associated project documents.
In the contentious area of construction law, Gareth is involved in disputes ranging from adjudications to Court proceedings, particularly in the Technology and Construction Court.
