Helen Swindells

Helen Swindells joined Weightmans in 2017 as a Data and Governance Coordinator and in 2019 was appointed the position of MI Analyst within Weightmans Data Services team and also provides support to the International Desk in regard to data analysis and insights, identify where improvement is required and assist with any internal coordination required.

Helen is responsible for the governance and co-ordination of client reporting, continually working with business users and stakeholders to capture their business requirements as well as designing and providing solutions.

Helen works proactively with Business Managers to suggest improved ways of reporting and ensuring consistent data quality and helps drive the appropriate use, understanding and interpretation of management information throughout the business.
