Biography

Ibrar is an Associate in our property litigation team dealing with all aspects of contentious commercial property and residential property issues.

Ibrar has experience of dealing with cases of breach of contract, contentious probate, boundary disputes, easements, restrictive covenants and adverse possession. Ibrar also has experience with disrepair matters, acting for registered providers and housing associations. This includes cases involving Equality Act issues and Environmental Protection Act nuisance. 

Ibrar deals with a variety of housing management issues including anti-social behaviour injunctions, possession proceedings (commercial and residential), forfeiture proceedings, debt recovery, access injunctions, trespassers, breach of leasehold covenants, service charge issues and succession matters.

Ibrar also acts for both landlords and tenants in respect of the service of notices and lease renewals proceedings under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and deals with serving and advising on break notices and commercial leases.
