James advises companies and individuals including haulage, bus and coach companies as well as professional drivers and Transport Managers. James also assists HGV and PSV Operator Licence holders with all elements of their regulatory compliance, assisting client with audits and advice on their internal processes.
James assists clients with their notification obligations to the Office of the Traffic Commissioner, including serious incident such as bridge strikes, notifiable convictions and any other material changes that must be notified. He also advises client son matters concerning DVSA prosecutions and desk based-assessments audits.
