Kylie is a Solicitor within the Birmingham and Cardiff healthcare team.

Kylie is a skilled and experienced solicitor specialising in clinical negligence. Kylie was admitted as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2019 and was later admitted as a Solicitor in October 2021. Kylie initially gained her experience as a claimant solicitor but after joining Weightmans in 2023, Kylie now focuses on defending clinical negligence claims, representing NHS Resolution, NHS trusts and The Royal College of Podiatry in complex and often high-value claims.

Kylie’s dual perspective enables her to provide reasoned advice to her clients. Kylie handles both litigated and non-litigated cases from inception to completion in a wide variety of specialisms, including misdiagnoses, delayed diagnosis, podiatry care, chiropractic care, surgical errors and fatalities. She also has experience in legal training and assists The Royal College of Podiatry in providing training to their members.
