Leanne Burgess

Leanne joined Weightmans as an Associate in March 2022. She has over 10 years’ experience defending high-value injury claims for insurance companies, commercial businesses and public bodies. Leanne has previously spent time working in-house for several major international insurers.

She brings with her a wealth of experience in handling EL/PL multi-defendant claims and cases involving serious and complex injuries. Leanne handles a range of injury claims for the NHS Resolution and NHS Trusts, and also supervises and mentors junior colleagues.
