With a decade of experience as international project lead, Nicola has been involved in advancing the organisation’s global strategy. Working closely with the Head of International and key stakeholders across the business, Nicola oversees the coordination and development of international capabilities, ensuring seamless alignment and growth.

Nicola’s expertise also extends to providing project management support to Insurance Law Global, an international network of “best in class” insurance law firms. She collaborates with the board of directors and colleagues worldwide, coordinating initiatives that elevate network performance and promote best practices.
