Peter is a partner in the employment, pensions and immigration team, based in the Nottingham office.
He advises businesses across a wide range of employment law issues.
Peter has extensive experience of Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and High Court litigation. He advises on complex cases involving departures, restrictive covenants, breach of contract, discrimination and whistleblowing. Peter also has a wealth of experience advising on non-contentious matters.
Peter also acts for senior individuals, including negotiating severance packages and settlement agreements.
