Simon is a senior solicitor specialising in healthcare, regulatory and public law matters and advises public and private health providers and commissioners.

Simon has experience in bringing and defending judicial reviews and advises and represents those involved in the delivery of health and social care in respect of CQC involvement, coronial investigations and data protection.
