Stacey qualified as a solicitor in 2024 and is based in our Liverpool office within the Casualty Police team.

Stacey joined the team in May 2025 and specialises in defending civil actions against the police, currently acting for various police forces including the Metropolitan Police Service, Greater Manchester Police, West Midlands Police and Wiltshire Police.

She handles a varied caseload of public liability cases involving allegations of assault, false imprisonment, breaches of the European Convention on Human Rights and malicious prosecution.
