Parking and arrival
- Colmore Row has accessible parking bays, please note these are limited.
- If you require a space, please email tracy.johnson@weightmans.com or clientservices.birmingham@weightmans.com
- Access to the car park is via Newhall Street just off Colmore Row, shown below.
- On arrival to the car park, you will be met by security who will assist you to the allocated space and then from the car park to the lift lobby.
Building access
Access via the main entrance of 103 Colmore Row is via revolving door or accessible door. Then access the 9th floor via the lifts.
Interior navigation
- Lighting in the reception area is controlled by movement sensors. However, visitors using meeting rooms will be able to turn the lights on and off.
- Doors to all rooms are 92cm wide
Amenities & Facilities
- Accessible toilet facilities are located on the ground floor and 9th floor.
- The ground floor accessible toilet cubicle has a door width of 1m, space for a wheelchair, sink and hand dryer.
- There is a wellness room, a quiet space with comfortable chairs on the 9th floor.
- Assistance dogs are welcome.

By train
Birmingham is served by three main stations:
- Birmingham Snow Hill — just a 3-minute walk from the office.
- Birmingham New Street and Birmingham Moor Street — each about a 10-minute walk to Colmore Row.
By tram (West Midlands Metro)
The nearest tram stop is Snow Hill, which is a short walk to the office.
By bus
The closest bus stops to Colmore Row are on Colmore Row and Snow Hill Queensway. For live timetables, visit the Transport for West Midlands website.
By car
The office is easily accessible from the M6, M5, and M42 motorways. Follow signs for Birmingham City Centre and then Colmore Row.
Nearby parking options include Snow Hill Car Park and B4 Car Park. Birmingham operates a Clean Air Zone, so check if your vehicle is compliant before travelling.
By air
Birmingham Airport is approximately 15 minutes away by train from Birmingham New Street, plus a short Air-Rail Link from the station to the terminal.
