We are delighted to invite you to join our Built Environment Academy for the Residential Development Course. This course is free to attend.
This seven-part course is based on a hypothetical development scenario and will provide delegates with a valuable opportunity to consider each stage in detail.
Delegates will learn about the key considerations from inception of the development to completion and exit. The course is designed to be interactive, to provide an exclusive on-going peer to peer support and access to the specialist presenters.
With the hypothetical development scenario each delegate will obtain a deeper understanding of the development process in an informative and interesting way.
The course will consist of seven monthly online modules delivered via Zoom webinars and last approximately one hour. The module will provide unrivalled learning opportunities delivered by each of our specialist experts from real estate, planning and construction, through to water and drainage and affordable sales.

Delegates will be provided with all course materials, including access to a closed LinkedIn discussion group. We are providing the course at no cost and on completion of all seven modules, delegates will be presented with a course certificate.
