Employment legislation continues to evolve at a fast pace, particularly in light of the Employment Rights Bill (ERB), which (as at the time of drafting this invitation) is due to receive Royal Assent in the near future. Many of the proposed changes under the ERB are complex and of significant practical impact. Most of the new provisions will be subject to consultation exercises and the subsequent publication of implementing Regulations, with the latter no doubt reinforcing the maxim that ‘the devil’s in the details’. There is, in addition, other new employment legislation on the horizon which is not contained in the ERB.
In this webinar, Sejal Raja and Mark Landon, will summarise the current state of play and will consider the likely timetable and practical implications for the forthcoming changes. There will be ample opportunity to ask questions.
