The Employment Rights Bill, which was originally published on 10 October 2024, is continuing its passage through Parliament with an accompanying series of consultation exercises aimed at determining the detail of the new legislation.
Weightmans is running a series of online discussion workshops in which Sejal Raja and Mark Landon will look in detail at individual aspects of the Bill and in their next workshop they will be considering the various proposed changes to family-friendly legislation, considering the likely legal and practical problems areas and how these might be addressed. The workshop will be interactive, with delegates having ample opportunity to ask questions and put forward their views.
