One of the most notable changes in the Employment Rights Bill is that employees will have the right not to be unfairly dismissed from day one of their employment.
It is therefore important to ensure that organisations have robust recruitment procedures that do not fall foul of the immigration legislation, Equality Act and the Employment Rights Act.
We would like to invite you to an interactive [half day] session that will cover the following:
- Understand the legal obligations around recruitment and right to work checks;
- Know how to conduct right to work checks in a compliant and non-discriminatory way;
- Identify and prevent discriminatory practices during recruitment
