We’re delighted to welcome Patrick Blakesley KC to our Manchester office for this hybrid lunchtime talk. Patrick is a leading silk in the field of serious injury litigation, known for his strategic insight and incisive advocacy in high-value and complex claims.
In this session Patrick Blakesley KC will discuss defence strategies to tackle claims inflation, and how the Courts are currently looking at high value claims.
