Matthew Lake will consider the ‘RICS Practice Alert – Acting as an expert witness in housing disrepair claims’ and the implications for social housing providers, together with a look to the future as the sector prepares for Awaab’s law in October 2025. There will also be a demonstration of an online tool designed by Weightmans to support social housing providers prepare reports which comply with the new s10A, when in effect.
This seminar will be delivered at 3 of our offices. Please choose from either Birmingham, Liverpool or Manchester. Each session will cover the same content.
