Matthew Lake will consider the ‘RICS Practice alert – acting as an expert witness in housing disrepair claims’ and the implications for social housing providers, together with a look to the future as the sector prepares for Awaab’s law in October 2025. There will also be a demonstration of an online tool designed by Weightmans to support social housing providers prepare reports, which comply with the new s10A, when in effect.
