Sejal Raja and Elizabeth Grace of Outer Temple Chambers invite you to our webinar to discuss the For Women Scotland Ltd v The Scottish Ministers decision. This case centred on the legal definition of “woman” under the Equality Act 2010 and the interim Equality and Human Rights Commission’s guidance.
In this webinar we shall explain the current legal position and review some of the practical areas of remaining uncertainty whilst we await clarification in terms of updated guidance from the EHRC. We shall also consider the scope for further developments as this topic continues to divide opiniont.
