'Whistleblowing' is an area of the law which often creates a degree of concern and confusion. In this live workshop, Sejal Raja and Mark Landon, will explain how the law around protected disclosures works in practice. They will review some of the common workplace challenges and legal problem areas that arise. This will be an interactive workshop with plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
