Abdul has over 20 years of real estate experience advising a wide range of clients from individuals to large corporates, developers, landowners, public/private bodies and educational institutions.

His experience includes advising developers and landowners on various development schemes. Abdul is well rehearsed in dealing with development agreements, complicated conditional contracts, strategic option agreements and promotion agreements.

In addition, Abdul has vast experience in acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, asset management, commercial lease and general Landlord and Tenant work.

Abdul also acts for client’s and lenders in refinance work. Over the years, Abdul has developed expertise in dealing with high pressure bridging finance transactions where meeting deadlines is critical.
