Ben is experienced in Employment Tribunal litigation and manages a varied caseload of claims relating to ordinary and automatic unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, redundancy, breach of contract, discrimination and whistleblowing.

Ben is also experienced in advising on all aspects of day-to-day HR issues, such as disciplinary and grievance processes, sickness absences, dismissals, restrictive covenants, drafting and negotiating employment contracts, settlement agreements and staff handbook policies.
