Carol advises a number of clients in the charity sector on commercial property issues. She is particularly skilled at meeting the diverse needs of charities entering into property transactions.

Carol has considerable experience of acting for national and international charities on landlord and tenant work, including transactions regarding their retail outlets. Carol qualified in 1981.

Carol has extensive private wealth experience and has a number of international clients from South Africa and continental Europe. Carol acts as Professional Executor and Trustee within the Private Client Team for a number of wealthy international families. Carol plays a critical role within many prominent families in relation to their estate and succession planning.

Carol’s practice covers a wide range of commercial property matters including collective enfranchisements, lease extensions, freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, commercial leases and licences to assign.
