Charlotte Jackson, is a Legal Director based in the Weightmans Manchester office.
Charlotte is a Legal Director with over 10 years experience in defending clinical negligence claims. She has advised NHS Trusts, NHS Resolution, GPs and the MDU during that time. Charlotte manages a wide caseload of high value cases including birth injury claims, spinal and brain injuries as well as fatal claims. She also has experience of managing a group of Oral and Maxillofacial claims on behalf of a North West Trust and NHS Resolution.
Charlotte also has a keen interest in psychiatric cases and is used to working on sensitive clinical negligence cases as a result. She has a pragmatic approach to litigation and strives to achieve a fair resolution for all parties involved.
