Charlotte is an Associate in the Local Government Team based in Weightmans Leeds office.
Charlotte has over 8 years' experience defending a wide range of employer’s liability and public liability claims, both fast-track and complex multi-track matters, to include running and assisting on matters involving serious spinal/neck injuries, and psychiatric injuries with significant loss of earnings and care claims.
Charlotte has also dealt with high value property damage claims involving escape of water and has experience handling matters involving allegations of exaggeration and fundamental dishonesty, to include securing discontinuances from the opposing side.
