Qualified in Scotland and England & Wales, Claire has almost 20 years' experience in acting for companies and organisations ranging from PLCs to owner managed businesses, small and medium sized enterprises.

She is regional office head of our Glasgow office.

Claire advises on all aspects of corporate law and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts/buy-ins, joint ventures, investments and all types of commercial contracts.

In recent years she has also developed particular expertise in sports law, having acted for a number of sports governing bodies clubs and athletes.
