Clare Jones

Clare is a Principal Associate in the property litigation team, based in our head office in Liverpool.

She has a lot of experience with disrepair matters, acting for registered providers and housing associations. This includes cases involving Equality Act issues and Environmental Protection Act nuisance.

Clare deals with a variety of housing management issues including anti-social behaviour injunctions, possession proceedings, tenancy possession and forfeiture proceedings, debt recovery, access injunctions, trespassers and succession queries.

Clare also acts for both landlords and tenants in respect of the service of notices and lease renewal proceedings under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and deals with serving and advising on break notices for commercial leases.
