Clive Bleasdale

Clive Bleasdale has been a Partner since 1993 specialising in commercial property law with an emphasis on local government regeneration developer projects and acting for property investors.

He is currently acting for Liverpool City Council on the 1 billion pound Paddington Village project in the City's knowledge quarter.

He acts also for £35 million Sefton Holdings group of property investment companies as well as manufacturing clients such as British Steel and caravan/lodge park owners such as Pure Leisure Group amongst others.
