Daniel Conroy

Daniel has extensive experience dealing with disrepair matters, acting for registered providers and housing associations, including cases involving the Equality Act 2010 and Environmental Protection Act issues.

Daniel also has experience of dealing with a variety of housing management issues including possession proceedings, debt recovery, service charge disputes, anti-social behaviour injunctions and standalone Equality Act 2010 claims.

Daniel has advocacy experience from acting on behalf of a number of registered providers and housing associations in seeking access injunctions to enable gas safety and electrical safety checks.

Daniel also acts for landlords in commercial matters in relation to the service of notices and lease renewal proceedings pursuant to the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
