Eleanor Hadfield

Eleanor is an Associate in the Real Estate team and is based in the Manchester office.

Eleanor joined the Weightmans Real Estate team in 2011 as an administration assistant and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2017. Eleanor is now an Associate in the team and deals extensively for the public sector in respect of both sale and purchase and landlord and tenant matters. 

She also frequently assists the Partners in the team in large development projects and undertakes due diligence and corporate support work in respect of property related elements of corporate transactions. She is also part of the niche team who deal with telecommunications related matters and has developed an efficient and effective process for the roil out of standardised documentation for a number of different clients across their portfolios.
