Emerson Wallwork

Emerson joined Weightmans in 2003, was made a partner in 2005 and is currently deputy client partner for Co-op.

He has dealt with large loss cases since 1996 and is currently a specialist large loss handler working with Co-op Insurance for whom he is Weightmans’ principal point of contact on catastrophic injury claims. His current caseload includes tetraplegic, paraplegic, brain injury and amputee claims. He also has extensive experience of rehabilitation and funding issues.

Emerson is a member of Weightmans' motor technology group advising insurers on the legal, regulatory and practical implications of advancements in vehicle technologies. He has also sat on the ABI Autonomous Driving Liability Group.
