Erin Moncur is an Associate in our Employment team based in Glasgow.
Erin has been with Weightmans since January 2024. She has 6 years of experience specialising in employment law and qualified as a solicitor in early 2023. Erin is experienced in all aspects of employment law and provides pragmatic and comprehensive legal advice to clients from various sectors. Erin regularly represents clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings across the UK and conducts her own advocacy in cases involving unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and contractual disputes. As well as leading her own case load of contentious and non-contentious client work, Erin also delivers client training sessions on topics such as equality and diversity, TUPE and handling complex employee relations issues.
