Faye Sanderson

Upon qualification in 2013, Faye specialised in commercial litigation.

In more recent years, Faye has acted for many of the largest insurers in the UK and Europe in a range of matters including technical policy coverage disputes, defended liability claims and high-value subrogated recovery claims.

Faye has particular expertise in property damage, construction and product liability related disputes, and regularly acts for insurers and policyholders in such claims.

Faye also acts in professional indemnity matters for a range of professionals and insurers, including construction professionals, solicitors and accountants.

Faye is regularly involved in all types of alternative dispute resolution and has resolved a number of claims for clients via mediation.
