Francesca Hillyard

Francesca is an Associate in the corporate department, based in the Liverpool office. Francesca trained at Weightmans and qualified as a solicitor in 2019.

Francesca acts for private companies and specialises in a variety of corporate work, including:

• mergers and acquisitions;
• group re-organisations;
• equity investment;
• shareholders' agreements and articles of association;
