Gareth is an associate in the health sector team in London, representing doctors, dentists and other regulated professionals.

He advises clients in relation to regulatory, disciplinary, coronial and criminal investigations. Gareth undertakes his own advocacy and frequently represents his clients before Interim Orders Tribunals, disciplinary panels and Coroners. He also attends police interviews with clients. He is instructed both by medical defence organisations (MDOs), insurers and individual healthcare professionals.

Gareth was involved in the case PSA v GMC and Anor [2025] EWHC 318 (Admin), which concerned the failure of the MPTS to properly direct itself as to the cross admissibility of evidence, and reaffirmed the safeguards of the hearing procedure, rather than matters being referred directly from the High Court to the MPTS on papers only, PSA v GMC and Anor [2025] EWHC 634 (Admin).
