Gary's main areas of expertise are goods and passenger transport operations. He has extensive experience in all aspects of operator licensing and all other regulatory matters.

Regular appearances before Traffic Commissioners at Public Inquiries. Defence expertise before Magistrates Courts and Crown Courts throughout England and Wales on a full range of road traffic matters.

Experience in transport related Health and Safety and Environment Agency prosecutions including prosecutions of a more serious nature. Regular appearances before Coroners' Court following fatal road traffic accidents and transport related accidents.

Wide experience in prosecutions arising from drivers hours regulations, construction and use offences and particular prosecutions arising from the "lost wheel" syndrome.

Recommended solicitor for the Road Haulage Association and Freight Transport Association. Retained solicitor for many national and international transport and logistic operators on regulatory transport issues.

Degree BA (Law) Newcastle upon Tyne Northumbria University Certificate of professional Competency in Freight and Passenger Transport at National and International Level
