Hazel is an Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation team, based in the Leeds office.
Hazel has extensive experience dealing with a variety of claims across the County Court and High Court, including claims within the King’s Bench Division and Business and Property Courts.
She advises on contractual claims, property disputes, professional negligence, and shareholder disputes. She has also assisted on several matters requiring injunctive relief, including employee restrictive covenants and prohibitive orders.
Hazel has been involved in large disclosure exercises and is skilled in navigating multiple e-disclosure platforms. She also has considerable experience with various forms of alternative dispute resolution which are frequently employed to achieve a swift and pragmatic resolution.
She is instructed by individuals, owner-managed business, insurers and corporate bodies, acting in both a claimant and defendant capacity.
