Ian Pace



Ian is a Partner in our employment law team. He provides operational and strategic advice on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law and has a particular interest in whistleblowing, discrimination and TUPE.

He is skilled at advising private and public sector clients, including clients in the health and social care, education and insurance sectors. He has considerable experience in acting for NHS Trusts, primary care providers and care homes; he was instructed by a number of Local Medical Committees and care home providers to provide specialist advice on the mandatory vaccination programme, during the COVID-19 pandemic.

He regularly appears before the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal and has a strong track record of defending high profile Employment Tribunal proceedings.
