He has particular interest in emergency care & acute medicine, neurological injury and risk management focusing on facilitating positive change for healthcare providers and patient outcomes. James is a key user within the healthcare department for the online Damages Claim Portal, providing technical support to colleagues when necessary. In addition to his own cases, James assists senior members of the Leeds & Newcastle healthcare team in managing complex and high value claims that often involve multiple experts and factual witnesses.
