Jennifer joined Weightmans in 2019 and is a Principal Associate in the large loss and technical claims team, specialising in defending civil claims for compensation against insurance companies brought by or on behalf of, claimants who have suffered catastrophic and life-changing personal injuries. She was admitted to the roll in 2014 and has over 15 years of litigation experience.

Jennifer regularly deals with a broad range of claims which include amputations, severe traumatic brain injuries, fatal accidents and spinal injuries resulting in paralysis. She has experience in motor claims, and employers and public liability cases, as well as claims involving complex liability, technical and indemnity issues.
