Kady Preston

Kady is an Associate in the property litigation team, based in our head office in Liverpool.

She has experience advising landlords and tenants on the service of notices and lease renewal proceedings under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 as well as break notices for commercial leases.

Kady also has experience dealing with social housing and commercial matters which includes acting for registered providers and housing associations in respect of disrepair matters at both a pre-action and litigated stage, including counterclaims in possession proceedings, Environmental Protection Act nuisance, access injunctions and Equality Act issues.
