Kelly Faulkner

Kelly joined Weightmans in 2020 and is an Associate in the employment, pensions and immigration team in Liverpool.

She predominantly advises Royal Mail Group and handles a varied caseload, specialising in complex and sensitive discrimination claims. She also has extensive experience dealing with unfair dismissal claims and group actions.

Kelly is experienced in all stages of litigation and regularly represents clients in the Employment Tribunal.

She also provides strategic advice and support for both contentious and non-contentious matters involving disciplinaries and grievances, sickness absence management, whistleblowing, holiday pay and settlement agreements.

Kelly is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
