Lee has 12 year PQE at Weightmans.

Lee has specialised in employment law since qualifying and is a key member of Weightmans’ employment team.

Lee advises clients on the full spectrum of employment matters and regularly represents clients in Employment Tribunals on all aspects of employment law.

Lee spends a significant amount of his time in advising clients on dealing with large scale restructures/redundancies, TUPE transfers and all aspects of industrial relations, including industrial action.

Lee is a TUPE specialist and since joining Weightmans he has supported a number of clients through this very difficult issue and won a number of complex Employment Tribunal claims in this area.

Lee provides both internal and external training to a range of organisations, particularly training on TUPE issues and managing redundancy situations.
