Libby McKean

Libby is a Solicitor in our family law team whose experience in family law spans divorce, complex financial remedy cases, private children law proceedings and nuptial agreements.

Libby qualified as a solicitor in May 2023 having previously spent her third and fourth seat in the Family Department. During this time, Libby was involved primarily in high-net worth cases, often with an international element. She has experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Libby is an assiduous and empathetic lawyer who achieves the best possible outcome for her clients by helping them understand their options and make informed decisions to enable them to achieve lasting settlements.
