Lorna Ferguson

Lorna is a Partner in our casualty team based in our Glasgow office. She is a technically skilled and highly competent solicitor with over 15 years of experience in casualty work including employers and public liability, complex, and major loss. She has a particular focus on the Offshore Oil and Gas industry, Railway and Aviation industry.

Lorna's practice also encompasses specialising in the defence of a broad range of occupational disease claims. Lorna joined HBM Sayers 2006 as a newly qualified assistant and remained with the firm as an Associate following its combination with BLM in 2014 before being promoted to partner in 2020.
